Depending on each customer’s wishes, our scope of delivery includes all procurement and installation processes, piping systems, electrics, instrumentation and control (EI &C) technology as well as automation. In this way, we can integrate individual customer facilities into projects with a single overall software or piping supplier. We will be happy to take customer-specific standards into account, e.g. with regard to pipe classes and EI&C technology.

All VOGELBUSCH BIOPHARMA systems and facilities are designed and installed according to state-
of-the-art standards and delivered in conformity with the applicable statutory requirements including the appropriate CE certificates. 

To minimize on-site installation times, we can offer prefabrication in our own  workshop. All specified parameters such as rack sizes, qualification groups, infeed dimensions, etc. are implemented in the engineering and installation stages of each plant to an optimum degree. Subsequently, a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) is conducted together with the customer. The plant is then delivered just in time and connected to its media supply.

It goes without saying that we also offer the appropriate services for commissioning and qualification of your facility. Preparing and maintaining documents in accordance with GMP guidelines is a matter of course for us. In addition to the engineering aspects of commissioning, training future operators is a major concern for us.  

To ensure compliance with defined timelines, we use state-of-the-art planning, project management and work scheduling tools.
