How the manufacturing process progresses at the subcontractor level has a considerable effect on the resultant product or component quality. We therefore conduct audits in order that we may have a better picture of the progress and quality of our subcontrators' manufacturing processes. Potentials for improvement and optimization are defined and the subsequent implementation thereof is monitored.
