Our projects are international in scope and we therefore need to take local as well as international laws into account in the many types of contracts. Contract types range anywhere from simple orders for services, equipment, etc., to complex consortium agreements or turnkey contracts.

By contractually defining the scope of services of a project as well as procedures for project modifications and liability and warranty issues, we create the necessary clarity and transparency for constructing complex production plants in cooperation with our clients and subcontractors.
