Calling for bids also comes under this area of activity and is carried out in close coordination with technical management.

In collaboration with our clients, we implement the specifications of the plant components. Examination of offers from subcontractors and clarification as to what products and components may be used fall under the scope of technical management. Essential tasks of technical managers include any necessary adaptive measures or developing alternative technical designs. As the project progresses, technical managers are entrusted with monitoring and supervising the process of manufacturing the components and products. The product quality and the accompanying technical documentation are verified in a final inspection prior to delivery.
