Vogelbusch Biopharma is a reliable partner for the installation of biotechnological process plants for the pharmaceutical industry. Vogelbusch Biopharma offers customized plant construction and plant consignment solutions to fit any requirements. Our spectrum of offerings ranges from supplying entire plants, coverage of all aspects of process technology (Upstream, Downstream, Clean und Black Utilities), to supplying Stand Alone Packages for special applications, such as CIP facilities, bead coating facilities, etc.

Depending on the client’s wishes, the delivery encompasses the entire handling, installation, and assembly of the apparatus, pipework, I&C/E equipment, and automation. We will gladly provide customized solutions too. We can also integrate the system in the client‘s overall project with a superordinate software or pipework supplier. Taking customer-specific standards such as pipe classes, I&C/E technology, etc. into account is no problem for us.

All Vogelbusch Biopharma plants are designed and assembled with state of the art technology. The plants are delivered certified according to the statutory CE requirements.

In order to minimize on site assembly times, we can offer a complete plant assembly in our own prefabrication shop. The specified basic requirements (e.g., rack sizes, qualification groups, installation sizes, etc.) are optimally implemented in engineering and during the plant assembly. We perform an FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) jointly with the client. We deliver the plant Just in Time and connect it to the supply lines.

Naturally we also offer plant startup and testing services. We are no strangers to document preparation and management according to GMP guidelines. In addition to startup, Vogelbusch Biopharma places special emphasis on training the future operator.

We use state-of-the-art design, project management, and process engineering tools in order to stay within the timeline.

For all of these activities, Vogelbusch Biopharma has access to highly capable experts who accompany the project from the establishment of the user requirements to the handing over of the plant to the client.
