Design Phase/ Consultation

We consult and help from the very beginning, whether for a process scale-up, a process optimization, or the fundamental preparations for an investment decision. On the basis of GMP and ISPE directives, we design plans for the plant layout, the personnel and material flow, the plant cleaning, as well as for the process itself. We prepare budget estimates and time lines for the carrying out of the project based on the preliminary estimate of equipment and apparatus parameters.

We also advise during the phase of specifying and compiling standards for apparatus and equipment, as a well-planned basis considerably simplifies the subsequent project implementation.
