Testing/Startup/Qualification

We accompany the plant in all of the steps needed for completion and validation. To this end, our FS INPUT engineering tools provide the foundation for the necessary documentation of the test steps - covering everything from the initial concept to the clients’ taking over the operation of the plant.

The implementation of the functional specifications in programming and visualization is checked in the scope of a software FAT. By doing so, we are able to fix any defects and errors in a "dry run," while the project is still in an early phase, at low cost and thus avoid damage to the production plant and problems during startup.

Along with testing the operation sequence, we also take note of the interaction and communication with other process systems in the scope of a software FAT. Using simulation software, we can realistically simulate process sequences and thoroughly test the operation sequences.

A properly conducted software FAT improves the quality of the application software and is thus an essential criterion for an efficient startup of the production plant.

During startup, our specialists assure compliance with the required qualification steps in IQ and OQ with the aid of the documentation functionalities of our FS INPUT automation tool.
