Automation Tool

The operation sequences in pharmaceutical plants can at times be quite complex. In the Vogelbusch Biopharma automation tool FS INPUT, these sequences (phases) can be defined and clearly laid out for the programming.

Depending on client and process requirements, we can create manufacturer-independent specifications ranging from simple controls (SPS with visualization) to complex process control systems (incl. Batch and MES).

The FS INPUT automation tool has a class-based structure and thus takes the ANSI ISA S88.01 (Batch Control) and the NAMUR NE33 (Requirements to be met by systems for recipe-based operations) guidelines into account with respect to modular plant and automation layout. In addition, a Master Plan helps improve the quality of the specifications and programming at considerably reduced expense.

Numerous import and export functions connect the interface to standard programs and simplify establishment and revision.

Prepared phase specifications serve as both a programming foundation and a qualification test document, wherein customer-specific requirements can be taken into account.
Descriptions of important superordinate automation system functionalities (e.g., descriptions of control systems, safety interlocks, etc.) as well as I/O lists with bus configurations and software typicals can also be created with the FS INPUT automation tool.
