REACTOR FOR PROTEIN COATING ON BEADS - (B4A) |

Delivery of a bead coating facility. The facility is used for preparing and coating beads (polystyrene balls ca. 2.7 µm in diameter) with proteins, as well as for filling them.

Protein coating takes place in a reactor with input of heat. To improve adsorption as well as to remove excess protein, the beads are circulated through a light exposure and separation module, washed with sterile buffer solution, and then filled.
